WIND ENERGY
WIND ENERGY
Wind energy is the most efficient method of generating energy among renewable energy sources. Not only does it provide the most electricity, it also requires the least amount of space. The technical development of wind energy is very impressive. Due in large part to significant public funding for research and development, the output of wind turbines has increased by more than a factor of 160 since 1980. Since there will always be wind and this source of energy will never run out, and the operation of a wind turbine does not emit any emissions of the climate-damaging gas carbon dioxide, wind power is one of the most important renewable energy sources.
In addition, wind energy leads to long-term energy policy independence, as many countries are currently dependent on other raw material supplying countries in order to be able to guarantee energy supplies in their own country.
Wind turbines also bring jobs because they are planned, manufactured, maintained and further developed.
CLEANTECH GERMANY is currently working on the conception and development of a novel wind energy generation technology. We will of course inform you about the progress here.
