The acquisition subsidy:
Non-repayable, tax-free subsidy for the acquisition of company shares in young and innovative companies.
Flat-rate refund of taxes on profits from the sale of the acquired shares (applies only to natural persons).

Investments in CG CLEANTECH GERMANY GmbH are eligible for funding under the INVEST grant for venture capital from the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. With the acquisition grant, business angels receive 20% of their investment tax-free if they invest in our start-up with at least 10,000 euros in venture capital. In addition, taxes on profits from investments can also be reimbursed at a flat rate with the exit subsidy of 25%.
